Christian Wolf, better known as Hans, was born with his love for classic cars: The second word he spoke? No doubt: “Car!”. Even during school Hans would spend his nights in his father’s garage with old and rusty tools, working on cars. Nevertheless, he didn’t choose to pursue his passion right after school but rather started to study business administration in Leipzig.

Hans: Everyone should own a classic car. It relaxes you and makes you happy.
In 1995 the right time came and Hans realized that offices, numbers, facts and poring over documents were not his world. Hans wanted to create something of his own, live his passion – his own Classic Car-Shop was his wish. An unrestrained will drove him forward. In order to pay rent of his first workshop, in which he set the ground stones of what we became today, he worked for the municipal waste collection at night.
If you ask Hans, why he is so obsessed with vintage cars you won’t have to wait very long for an answer. It is the artistry of craftsmanship – the quality of the workmanship and to keep an eye for the obvious while being detail oriented. That is what inspires him, what drives him forward and motivates him. It is his goal to combine your wishes as the customer with the best of craftsmanship.
Accuracy, fine feeling and good hearing – that’s what he needs in his speciality. Hans is our expert for the overhaul and adjustment of engines, carburettors as well as injection and ignition systems of all classic cars. We can guarantee: If Hans laid hand on your classic car it’s going to run smoother than ever before. That’s what we’re proud of!
Passion for great things: Hans‘ dream cars are almost all Sports or Racing cars. Be it a Ferrari 265 Daytona Spider, a Lamborghini Miura or a Porsche 911 2.5 ST – these classic cars let his heart soar. He likes large engines, which need a very precise setting in order to be able to unfold their full force. True to his motto: On the matter, here we go!
That doesn’t only apply to work but also to his leisure time: kite surfing, snowboarding, dirt track races – action please, immediately! For lazy Sunday drives, however, it may also be a Roadster. Driving into the sunset in a Mercedes Benz SSK Black Prince may even appeal to our boss.
Being our boss doesn’t seem to be too hard – otherwise would Hans call our working space his second living room? Of course, it’s playing quite an important role that he successfully made his hobby his profession. At least as important is the relaxed atmosphere within our team. Besides, it’s fun when everyone works for the same goal, says Hans: every detail has to meet the highest standards!
