Dodge Challenger (EZ 1972)

the Dodge before we started – There’s lots to do!

completely taking apart and soda blasting the vehicle – you can see the body work

the body repair begins – a major project: doors, hood with hinges, roof, fender, dashboard, radiator support, lock support, cross beam of rear axle, rear shelf, vehicle floor, rear, side walls, roof transition and tail panel are professionally worked on by Erik

full replacements are necessary as well: cowl, fender and front mask are replaced, fitted for the body and welded

old seals and sealants have to be removed

taking everything apart for priming and paintwork: layer by layer and part by part the body is now getting its new paint job from our Professional painter

In the meantime we’re moving forward with the rest: restoration of the engine space, renewal of locks and mouldings, preparation of the fuel tank

the first big step has been taken – the paint job is great; we can continue now

all seals are completely renewed, all elements and components are assembled and build in; windows are build in

the Dodge Challenger is ready to go!

On to the final touch: the heating system is being restored, seats, seating belts, glove compartment and wiper blades are being renewed

Hans is personally setting the engine and carburettor for best driving comfort

The cherry on top after passing the TÜV: the side stripes are installed – for the perfect race-feeling

The Dodge Challenger can now on the road and present itself proudly again
